Ingredients
Urad Dal Soaked- 1 Cup
Wheat Flour- 3 Cup
Green Chilies finely chopped -2
Ginger finely chopped -1/2 Inch
Fresh Coriander Finely Chopped
Salt as per taste
Red Chili Powder- 1 Tbsp.
Hing- 1/4 Tbsp.
Garam Masala- 1/2 Tbsp.
Coriander Powder- 1/2 Tbsp.
Cumin Seed- 1/2 Tbsp.
Fennel seed powder- 1/2 Tbsp.
Water
Oil for Frying and Dough
Urad Dal Soaked- 1 Cup
Grind the soaked Dal with Cumin seed and add some water
Coarsely Grounded Dal is ready
To make Urad Dal ki Kachori , First we will Knead the dough
Add Coarsely grounded Dal, Some Oil, Salt, red Chilli , Garam Masala, Hing, Coriander Powder,Chopped Ginger and Green Chilli, Fennel seed Powder,
Take each ball in hand and press till it becomes a flat oval shape.
Make Round Kachori with Rolling Pin/Belan
Take the Ball put it on Rolling Board
Prepare all the Kachori in same way
Now Fry the Kachori in oil on medium flame till it golden brown from both the side and take it out of Oil.
Crispy and Hot Urad Dal Kachories are Ready to Serve
