Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe in Hindi | शेजवान फ्राइड राइस | Schezwan Fried Rice | Chinese Fried Rice

 Schezwan Fried Rice

1) 1 packet of Ching’s Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala
2) 4 tbsp. of oil
3) 2 cups of chopped vegetables of your choice (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion, french beans, etc)
4) 6 cups of boiled rice (leftover rice from last night's dinner is perfect / bacche huye chawal)
5) Chopped spring onions for garnishing

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan & stir-fry chopped vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2
Add boiled rice to the vegetables.

Step 3
Add Ching’s Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala & stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot. Your Schezwan Fried Rice is ready.
