Veg Chowmein Recipe - How to make Chowmein in Chinese Style


1) 2 packs of Ching’s Secret Veg Hakka Noodles (boiled as per cooking instruction on the pack)
2) 4 tbsp oil
3) 4 cups sliced (julienned) vegetables of your choice (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, onion)
4) 1 packet Ching’s Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala
5) 2 tbsp water
6) Chopped spring onion for garnishing

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry chopped vegetables of your choice for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2
Add boiled Hakka Noodles to the vegetables. 

Step 3
Add Ching’s Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodles Masala, sprinkle some water. Mix well and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Your Chowmein is ready! Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
